Statistics Server 5.0 - Report Interface The Statistics Server
LiveStats interface offers a near infinite number of Web statistics
reports. There are 40 major reports and most have zoom views that
show more details. Most reports can be viewed for any day, week,
month or range up to 93 days in the previous year. The "Who's On",
"Summaries" and "Watches" have fixed ranges.

Report List
Reports are selected from the expanding menu located on the left
side of the Live Stats interface. Click on any of the following
reports for a detailed description:
Selecting Report Period

Statistics Server records up to 365 days of history for
a Web site. Reports can only be selected within that time
period. Day, week, month, and range queries up to 93 days
(quarter of the year) are supported.
When a report period is selected it becomes a global
setting and every report you go to after that will query
the same report period. "Query Information" (report period) is
always shown at the top of reports.

Select by clicking on any day of the month in the
calendar. |

Select by clicking Sunday for any week in the
calendar. |

Use
the "<Prev" and "Next> buttons to
select. |

Use
the "<Prev" and "Next> buttons select the first
day in the range query followed by the last day. A
maximum of 93 days can be displayed including the
selected

Time Stamp
All reports are time
stamped showing server time at the moment the report was generated.
Zoomed Views
On many reports you will
see magnifying glasses indicating a detailed report is available for
the adjacent item. The globally selected report period is
automatically applied to detailed reports.
Help System
Popup help is available
for each report.Refresh Button
The Refresh button forces
Statistics Server to calculate a new report. Note the time stamp
located in the upper left corner of the report showing report
generation time.
Printing Reports
Statistics Server can
generate a printable version of a report anywhere the "Print" icon
is displayed. Printable reports contain no navigation controls such
as buttons. The Web Browser "Print" command is used to send the
report to the printer.
- Select the report you want to print then click the "Print"
button.
- Use your Web Browser "File/Print" command to send the print
job to your printer.
- Use your Web Browser "Back" button ( <- ) to return to the
Live Stats interface.
Export CSV
The Export button is used
to download files containing statistics data in CSV (Comma Separated
Variables) format. Many database packages support CSV imports. To
save the CSV to hard disk:
- Select the report you want to export then click the Export
button.
Back
Button
The Back button is used to
take you back from zoomed reports to the main report.
